Every piece in the Noctis Archive is custom made-to-order. We do not maintain pre-printed surplus inventory; your garment is crafted specifically for you upon receiving your order.

1. Production & Fulfillment Times

• Custom Production Window: Standard garment printing and inspection take 3 to 7 business days before dispatch.

• Peak Volume / Drops: During new collection releases or holiday periods, production may take up to 10 business days.

• Business days do not include weekends or federal holidays.

2. Domestic Shipping & Delivery Estimates Once your artifact completes production, standard delivery transit times apply:

• Standard Shipping (US): 3 to 5 business days

3. International Transit & Customs

• International Delivery: 7 to 21 business days, depending on destination customs clearance.

• Import Duties, Taxes & VAT: International customers are responsible for any local customs fees, import taxes, or duties imposed by their country upon arrival.

4. Tracking Your Shipment

• You will receive an automated dispatch notification with a tracking number as soon as your shipping label is generated.

• Allow 24 to 48 hours for the carrier to scan the package and update tracking movement.

5. Address Accuracy & Lost Shipments

• Address Errors: Ensure your shipping address is accurate during checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly provided addresses or returned to sender due to delivery failures.

• Missing/Stolen Deliveries: If your tracking status confirms delivery but you have not received your parcel, check surrounding areas and contact the carrier directly before reaching out to support.
