Because every garment in the Noctis Archive is custom made-to-order, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse or incorrect size selection. Please carefully consult our sizing charts before placing your order.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ARTIFACTS
If your garment arrives misprinted, damaged, or flawed, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at noctisarchiveapparel@gmail.com with:
1. Your order number
2. Clear photographs showing the issue/flaw

Once verified, we will immediately produce and dispatch a replacement artifact at no additional cost to you.
